While I am re-habbing my shoulders, I'm using a plethora of small dumbbells and kettlebells - and since my garage is small, I needed to be able to access them AND get them out of the way when not in use.
While cruising Pinterest for DIY storage ideas, I came across this page:

This was great - a Harbour Freight moving dolly, and a dumbbell rack from Marcy (Model DBR56) - along with a small piece of plywood and BAM! - you have a small rolling weight rack.
I thought I could improve on this great beginning - and this is what I ended up with.
The frame makes it easier to move the fully-loaded cart around, without having to bend over - as well as providing an anchor point for some tool clips to stabilize the handles of the macebells.
Parts Cost
HF 18"x30" Moving dolly $15.99 (www.harbourfreight.com)
Marcy DBR56 $34.99 (www.walmart.com)
Spruce 2" x 3" (3) $1.98 each
Lehigh 13202 Grip Clip Organizer $4.91 for three (www.amazon.com)
The plywood came from my scrap wood stash.
